GFF Benchmarks

Global Fast Fit (GFF) serves as the world’s first truly inclusive fitness benchmark—a universal standard designed to measure functional human performance across age, gender, and geography. Its three proprietary routines—Pro, Standard, and Shuttle—form the foundation for consistent, video-verified comparisons of endurance, strength, and coordination. Complementing this structured benchmark is Local Records (LR), a vast, evolving library of more than 300 real-world exercises performed by individuals in gyms, homes, and communities around the globe. Together, GFF and LR establish both the precision and diversity needed for next-generation movement benchmarking: GFF provides the common measuring stick, while LR captures the rich variety of how people actually move. This dual system enables the Global Movement Intelligence Platform (GMIP) to calibrate AI models that not only score and rank performance, but also learn from regional styles, body types, and environmental conditions—creating a living, adaptive benchmark for human movement worldwide.
