John F. Groom
Founder USA
John has been involved in digital technology since 1996 with the launch of the Positive Press website, which garnered quite a bit of publicity. In 1998 he became the 4th full time employee of AnnuityNet, the first company in the world to sell variable annuities online.

Prudhvi Nag
Technical Lead India
Prudhvi has been with Groom Ventures since 2019. He leads all of the app and website development projects, oversees a local tech team, and manages outside technical contractors.
Bryan Matott
General Manager USA
Bryan has been with Groom Ventures since 2020. He manages user interfaces for apps and websites and oversees our design efforts for websites, apps, and merchandise, as well as coordinating with local teams around the world on a diverse range of projects.

Abby is a registered nurse and was the valedictorian student at the Kabarak School of Health Science. She manages the largest Global Fast Fit team, in Kenya. She is also the treasurer of the Global Fast Fit Community Based organization.

Sean leads our communication efforts in Thailand from Bangkok and is focused on building social media as well as other communications channels. Sean’s background is in media and event production. He studied communications and public relations at Bangkok University before starting his own company.

Kairu is the very first GFF world record holder. He played rugby on campus and began his love affair with exercise and fitness. He never stopped working out ever since. He noticed that it gave him good mental and physical health.

Andrew is the leader of the visual communications for GFF in Kenya. A graduate of Moi University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Andrew also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Customs from the Kenya Revenue Authority.

A procurement and logistics officer by training who found his passion in Automotive engineering and physical fitness. He believes exercise can help with mental health and encourages people to try it when feeling moody, lonely, or anxious.
