We offer Pole Fitness Classes for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. No experience necessary!

At HMPF we believe in starting at with learning to crawl before you run. Our classes run in levels, Beginners to get started, and progress to intermediate and advanced classes..

POLESQUE.. with Pussimus Prime; a multi skilled cabaret performer and model.
This 5 week block will teach you the art of cabaret and show, learning skills on multiple apparatus, to create a show stopping routine.
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING:
Introducing a new class, with Richard, for all levels, this class will be working on building your strength.
Acroyoga is partner assisted yoga where you learn how to fly
and lift yourself and others in a fun environment.

How to secure your space:
To enrol for a session, please return your completed form (see below) along with your payment to Human Movements Fitness Centre. You can either:
- send it via email,
- pop into the gym and drop it at the reception.
- Pay your classes fees from home through online banking! Bank account number: 06 0746 0132499 27.
Please remember to use your name, class day and time (ex: M Smith, Beg Wed, 6pm).
- Call in at Human Movements Fitness Centre and pay at reception (cash, cheque or Eftpos).
Please note that only full-session payments will guarantee your space for the classes. If you decide to pay casuals, you will need to book your classes every week, Contact us on our facebook page or come on down to the gym to secure your spot!
