Pole Fitness

We run Pole fitness classes throughout the week. The classes are open to all shapes, sizes and fitness levels, from complete beginners to advanced!

Boxing

Our training space is equipped with boxing gear:

Spring Ball, Speed Ball, Light and Heavy bags, Kick boxing bag... All of these in a spacious area.
